Scheduled my 2019 Chevy Bolt for replacement of the anti-click washers and axle bolts, a common repair issue that can lead to damaged wheel speed sensors if not replaced. Great service, fair price. It is so easy to make an appointment online. The service staff are friendly and they do such a thorough job of explaining what needs to be done. Also wonderful explanations of any future issues to watch for, including photos of areas that may be beginning to fail. The work was done on time. The costs are reasonable. I love the waiting area too: WiFi, coffee, tea, comfy furniture.

I just picked up my Tesla after an exhaustive fix by Earthling. Carolyn and her team had to do a deep dive on my battery and in the end my car is now running fine. I can't recommend Earthling enough for their caring attitude and being treated as not just a number. Clean reception with beverages and easy location just off 101. Kudos to Carolyn and her team.

You can see the estimate the night before, approve it, check in the day of service, know what to expect, get the work done, be notified when it's done, pay before you pick it up. When you arrive they go over everything, ask if you have any questions, hand you your keys and away you go. And if you want to wait, they have a great waiting area, free wi-fi, coffee and snacks.
