What information do you collect?
Your name, contact details and vehicle information when you book or bring a car in, and the record of work done on it. If you use the online scheduler, that is handled by our booking provider under their own terms.
How long do you keep repair records?
Indefinitely, because a car's history is useful for years and customers regularly ask us to look up work done long ago. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
Do you share anything with other companies?
We do not sell customer information. Our shop management software, our booking provider and our payment processor each hold what they need to do their part, and nothing beyond it.
What about the figures published on this site?
The repair counts across this site are aggregates only. They contain no customer names, no vehicle identification numbers and no individual visits, and there is no way to work backwards from a published figure to a person.
How do I ask for my data or have it deleted?
Call or text 415-875-9030, or email the shop, and ask. We will confirm what we hold and act on your request.
